Dawn Young

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the

passing of Debbie and Darlene's (Richard) Mother,

Dawn. After a short battle with cancer she passed

peacefully the morning of September 6th the way

she wished in her own home. Predeceased by her

husband Howie in 1990, survived by her brother

Herb and predeceased by her sister Joan. Loving

Grandmother to Shari (Sheldon), Tracy (Peter),

Matthew and Daniel. Great-Grandmother to Tyler,

Owen, Riley, Carly and Andrew. We will miss you

deeply and love you always. A special thanks to

the Palliative Care Team, Dr. Joshua Wales,

Alexi Kozlov (Nurse) and Claudia Brown

(Care Co-ordinator) for their excellent care,

compassion and assistance without which this

would have been a more difficult time. Visitation

and service will take place Wednesday,

September 12, at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home,

2570 Danforth Avenue, Toronto, Ontario.

Visitation at 10am-Noon, followed by a service

and reception at the funeral home. Internment at

Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 2700 Kingston Road,

Scarborough, Ontario to follow reception, all are

welcome to attend. In lieu of flowers, donations

to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
