Cynthia Ianthie Janetta (White) Rogers

Born on August 3rd, 1939, in Marchfield, St. Philip, Barbados and passed away peacefully on September 15th, 2024, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at the age of 85 years.

The 3rd youngest of nine children, predeceased by her 8 siblings:

Wilma, Winston, Owen, Lucille, Whitfield, Kate, Clifton and Carson.

Loving mother to Roy, Trevor (Ann-Marie) and Sandra. Cherished grandmother to Tiffany, Tyrell, Cassandra, Tyler, Savannah and great-grandmother to Olivia and Sophia.

She was a loving sister, aunt and loyal friend, who brought joy to everyone around her. Her nurturing and caring nature made her a second mother to many. She will always be remembered as a shining example of love, kindness and generosity.

Cynthia will be dearly missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and all of her extended family in Barbados and life-long friends.

Visitation will take place at Delmoro Funeral Home, at 61 Beverly Hills Drive, Toronto on Friday, October 4, 2024 from 1-3 pm and 6-9 pm.

Funeral Service will take place at Delmoro Funeral Home, at 61 Beverly Hills Drive, Toronto on Saturday, October 5, 2024 viewing at 9:30am, service at 11am.

Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery, at 7241 Jane St, Concord, ON.
