Mr. Craig Montross

Passed away unexpectedly at Sunnybrook Hospital on April 10, 2013 at the age of 44. Craig is predeceased by his wife Deborah (nee Robertson). He is survived by his son Andrew, parents Daniel and Barbara and her husband Sheldon Brubacher, brother Brian and his wife Jacki. Craig will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his extended family and friends.

He attended Port Dover Composite School, graduated from Wilfred Laurier University (Honours Business Administration) and later earned his MBA. Craig was Manager of National Accounts, Carrier Corporation. Craig lived life to the fullest. He was an active member of the Toronto Cricket Club and gave generously to his community. For 20 years, Craig has organized an annual golf tournament in support of Camp Oochigeas (a camp for children with cancer). He cherished his time cottaging on Muldrew Lake. Craig will be dearly missed.

Friends will be received at the TRULL “NORTH TORONTO” FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 2704 Yonge St, (5 blocks south of Lawrence Ave.) on Monday April 15th, 2013 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm. A Funeral service will be held at Christ Church Deer Park (1570 Yonge Street, Toronto, on the northwest corner of Yonge & Heath) on Tuesday April 16th, 2013 at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Sunnybrook Foundation, Camp Oochigeas or to a trust fund set up at TD Bank for Andrew Montross.
