We were saddened to learn of the news of Con's passing.  He was such a bright light at the end of Ivy Ave.  We have been neighbours for about 18 years, I'll always remember his warm smile and kinds words as I passed by his home daily on my way to work!!  A real gentleman!  Will miss him!!!  My sincere condolences go to his family...rest in peace Con!  Sincerely, Nancy Boudreau and David Barr of 22 Ivy Ave.

Our family was very sad to learn that  Mr O'Neill had passed away.  He was always so kind and generous to us.  He was a true "gem".

Dad I loved you very much and will miss you always.  I will hold our special memories close to my heart.  Dad thanks for the apple pie. Con was a great neighbour on Ivy Avenue.We lived two doors away but moved in 1987, but frequently visit his next door neighbours, Tony and Lyn. Ivy Avenue was the best place to live, with awesome neighbours. Being from Newfoundland as well, we had lots to talk about.  Con was always happy to see us, and us him.  He will surely be missed.

Pops I whispered in your ear each and ever time we said goodbye.  Everyday was different, some were good others were not but there was always the same look in your eyes "LOVE".  Thank you Pops I am proud to be your daughter.  It is with LOVE I say hello Pops what's shaking.  Joanne and Cliff

To all the O'Neill family we send our sincere condolences on the loss of a fine man Con. We were neighbours for over 30 years and we miss seeing him on his porch, sweeping the sidewalk, chatting to all, having to race him to the snow shovel on  the first big snowfall or he would have done my bit even well into his 80s. We loved his  stories and his abilities when it came to helping us with any house projects. He always had a cheery word or a compliment when you saw him.
