I am so sorry to hear of Aunt Barb’s passing. Aunt Barb was always so loving and kind to us back in the day in Nova Scotia and as we grew up having family gatherings at Aunt Madeline’s place in Toronto, she was still the same. Aunt Barb loved my mom (Delores) and always spoke highly of her. Aunt Barb’s kind and gentle spirit  will be miss.  Thinking of you all during this difficult time.  May God bless you and comfort you.

Barb certainly made a positive impact on so many, didn’t she?! 
Barbara had a way with “not” saying too many words, but yet, she was  so poignent! She was also very nurturing, but yet subtle, in her guidance...if you just gave it a bit of time, you’d see, she was always right! 
I’m humbled and privileged,  that Barb was an Aunte/Mama to me. Growing up, in my early teens, she always had my best interest at heart ❤️. She invited me into her home, nourished me, sheltered me and gave me many wise lessons learned over the years. Her compassion, and being a “straight shooter”, will always inspire & stick with me... 
to always be truthful and strong, just like you Barb. Xoxo
