Stella Olszewski, 81, of Berkeley Twp., passed away at her son’s home in Toms River on Thursday March 15, 2012. Born in Bayonne, NJ, Stella lived in Rutherford for 38 years and than Clifton for 8 years prior to moving to Berkeley Twp 8 years ago.. She was a retired bookkeeper having worked many years for Fairleigh Dickinson University, Rutherford, NJ. She was a communicant of St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Toms River.
Stella was predeceased by her loving husband of 61 years, Richard Olszewski in 2011.
She is survived by two daughters, Diane Olszewski of Freehold and Christine Olszewski of Rockaway; two sons, Walter and Jayne Olszewski of Toms River and Richard and Stephanie Olszewski of Jackson. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be Sunday March 18th from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road Toms River, NJ 08755. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday March 19th at 10:30 AM at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Toms River, NJ. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Toms River.
