Born in Trenton, NJ, He lived in Bordentown, Toms River, Seaside, Columbus, and Ship Bottom before moving to Wolcott.
Frank was a person who treated all of his friends like family. He cared deeply about his family and his friends, always having a kind word to say about each person in his life. Frank loved his dog, Gypsy, most of all. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, surfing, biking, hiking, snowboarding, and riding his Harley. You could find Frank at a music festival, and he could tell you everything about his favorite bands. Frank was a skilled carpenter who built many beautiful homes on the beaches of New Jersey. He was proud of his work, some of which has been featured in the Architectural Digest. Frank could be counted on by all who knew him, always willing to lend a hand and be there for a friend in need. He will be dearly missed by all.
He is predeceased by his mother, Lois (Hewitt) Nutt.
