Born in Jersey City, Mrs. Sheridan lived there and in the Morgan section of Sayreville for many years until moving to the Gardens of Pleasant Plains in 1999.
Devoted mother and grandmother. In her community, she helped at weekly bingo and volunteered her time when needed at community events. She was a member of the Red Hat Society. Enjoyed going to lunch, dinner and on senior bus trips with friends. She loved plants and animals. She always had a kind word and was happy. Known for her contagious laugh.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Harry Sheridan
She is survived by her children, John and his wife Barbara of Buckeye, AZ, Michael and his wife Susan of Howell, and Thomas and Patricia, both of Freehold; six grandchildren and one great-grandson.
