Linda Anne Bares, 73, Joppatowne, Maryland, passed away peacefully with family by her side on January 29, 2024 at Gilchrist Hospice. Devoted wife, mother and grandmother to two grandchildren.
Linda was a proud New Yorker, born and raised. She retired as a civilian from the New York City Police Department. Linda had many interests from playing pickleball at the Fallston Senior Center, gardening in the backyard and spending time with her grandkids. As an Italian, she enjoyed creating delicious meals and exquisite desserts. Summers were spent at the New Hampshire beaches catching the sun's rays and listening to outdoor concerts.
A celebration of life will be held in the future.
