David W. DeVoe, 57, passed away suddenly on January 24, 2020; loving son of William DeVoe, MD and the late Nancy F. DeVoe; beloved brother of Margo A. DeVoe and her husband Mike Gnall, and Phoebe M. DeVoe and her husband Charles Moore.
