Wayne Norman Coggins, age 66, of Tualatin, Oregon passed away on Monday, June 19, 2023.
He was born in Denver, Colorado on September 26, 1956 to Arnold and JoAnn Coggins.
He is survived by his two sisters, June and Arlene; his children, Dakota, Erin, and Chelsey; and six grandchildren, Landen, Kalia, Beau, Kaia, Paonia, and Amelia
