Susan E. Speir

Susan Eileen Speir was born October 18, 1960. She made her life's work taking care of others including her children, grandchildren, and countless family and friends. She put others first. She was wise, tenacious, and protective over her family. She enjoyed gardening, crafting, dominos, her dogs, and her grandchildren. Her husband Paul Speir of 33 years, her daughters Elizabeth, Shannon, and Tami, her grandchildren Raille and Andrew, her father Lloyd Cauble, her brothers Michael and Jeffrey Cauble, and her sister Denise Martin, survives her. She passed May 23, 2020 after a short battle against cancer next to her family.

"He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet [a] no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end. 12 I know that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to do good while they live. 13 That each of them may eat and drink, and find satisfaction in all their toil—this is the gift of God. 14 I know that everything God does will endure forever; nothing can be added to it and nothing taken from it."
