Although Marlene suffered from a long list of injuries and illnesses over the years. she was strong and feisty enough to make it to 86 years of age. She was loving, creative, and crafty. She was known for her Italian cooking, the marathon Christmas baking sessions which were a family affair, her generosity, her worrying about absolutely everything, and the love she had for her family, especially her grandchildren and great-granddaughter.
