Glenn Martin Zeigler

Glenn was born to Herriott and John in St. Charles, Missouri. He must have had an entertaining childhood, as he had twin sisters, who were sixteen years older than him. The family of five moved to Colorado in 1951, when Glenn was young.

As a high school student, Glenn liked sports and was on the basketball and football teams. Basketball was his favorite.

After high school Glenn studied gunsmithing in community college. Reloading his own ammunition and shooting were enjoyable hobbies for him.

Glenn began his married life with Sandra, as a young adult. Their family was blessed with two children, Eric and Lisa.

Glenn's occupation as a designer and sequence planner for steel architecture was a fulfilling job for him. The four loved their time at mountain cabins, and fishing in Grandpa's boat, which supplied good memories. Glenn satisfied his adventurous streak with four-wheeling in his Toyota Land Cruiser, Bullwinkle, when he weathered mountain terrains, and desert sands in California. Eric and Lisa enjoyed those adventures with their Dad. Glenn taught his kids about photography and politics, and many things.

After thirty five years of marriage, Sandra entered her eternal life in heaven. Eric and Lisa want to thank Glenn for all his love and the wonderful childhood they each had with Glenn as their father.

Glenn was later blessed with a new wife, Nancy. They had almost seventeen years of happy marriage before Glenn's passing. During his retirement, he and Nancy spent some years living in Virginia. Glenn had relaxing time in Virginia. He especially enjoyed the scenery and wildlife.

Glenn loved and enjoyed the family that was added to him by his marriage to Nancy, which are her daughter, Susan, and Susan's two children, Robert and Olivia. It's clear that Glenn truly appreciated all the care and love that Nancy and Susan blessed him with during his illness.

Glenn's surviving family: His wife, Nancy; Daughters, Lisa & Susan; Son, Eric; Son-in-law, Matthew; Daughter-in-law, Sylvia; Grandchildren, Jenny, Levi, Evelyn, Andrew, Joel, Philip, Robert, & Olivia; Great grandchild, Rowyn.

Glenn was preceded in death by his late Wife, Sandra; Parents, John and Herriott; Sisters; JoAnn and Genevra; Son, David; and Granddaughter, Sarah.

Glenn had a happy and blessed life. Glenn made friends everywhere he went. He was always loyal, thoughtful and loving. He will be greatly missed by many. The memorial service for Glenn will be held in the spring, with the date being announced as it gets closer.
