Unexpectedly on Sunday, January 24, 2010 at Leisureworld, Richmond Hill at the age of 90. Loving mother of Bob, Ken & wife Sharon, cherished Nanny to her grandchildren Liana, Rob, Derek, Darren & Trevor. Survived by her sister Lil Pearson. Beloved wife of the late Thomas and loving mother of the late Shirley Rockett. Ruby will be remembered for her great sense of humour and huge heart.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 28, 2010 at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles) with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Highland Memory Gardens. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Asthma Association or Canadian Diabetes Association.
