Suddenly passed away on Tuesday April 14, 2009 at North York General Hospital, at the age of 62. Jude, beloved daughter of Margaret Rose Blake (nee Dickson) and the late George H. Blake. She will be sadly missed by her brothers George W. Blake (Carolyn Blake) and Douglas Blake and by nephews George B. Blake, Andrew Blake, and Cameron Blake. Visitation will be held on Friday April 17th from 12 noon until time of funeral service in the chapel at 1 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street (at Goulding, south of Steeles). Interment Westminster Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
