Gloria was born in Trinidad and Tobago and immigrated to Canada in January 1969. She is pre-deceased by her beloved spouse Johnson(2001) and her loving sister Mary(2018). She was a wonderful and devoted mother to 5 kids, Anthony (pre-deceased), Gordon, Oliver, Victor (pre-deceased), and Meeling. Supportive mother-in-law to Jackie, Polly, Pat, Cathy K., and Johnny. Cherished grandmother of Dennis, Elisa (Gar), Vanessa, Jonathan (Zainee), Jaye, Michael, Melissa and Matthew (Ariel); and a proud great-grandmother of Everett, Harper and Aidan.
Gloria's greatest joy was her family, playing the mandolin and steel pan instrument in her earlier years and a tremendous lover of music. She never missed the opportunity to reach out and sing at family gatherings and at her Seniors' home. Gloria was a most caring and giving soul and always cheerful, appreciative and selfless in her needs and her endearing smile and love will be missed by all.
