Gail Green

GREEN, Gail F. - In loving memory of Gail Green, who passed away peacefully Monday March 17th, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. Cherished mother of Sean Legros (Kirstin) and mother-in-law of David Burton. She was predeceased by her much beloved daughter Cari-Lyn Legros (2010). Grandma Gail will be missed by her grandchildren Josh, Jordan, Nathan and Gracie. She will be dearly missed by loving sisters Joanne (Robert, Cheryl (Brian) and brother Richard (Rose). Her quick wit, generosity and friendship will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, step-children, many extended family members and friends, especially Pat and J.P. Dion. Gail was a longtime and well-respected professional real estate broker and entrepreneur. She was a lover of travel, the water and her winter retreats in Florida. In addition to her parents Leonard and Grace Green (Paquette), Mom was predeceased by her partner Andy Van Eik (2011), her husband Bryan Pigden (1996) and her former husband Ray Legros (2005). Cremation has taken place and the family will hold a private Celebration of Gail's Life at a later date this spring. Today, everyone who wishes to remember her is asked to celebrate Gail's life in their own way; raising a glass of their favorite drink in her memory would be appropriate. Donations in her memory can be made to the Ontario Lung Association, or the Heart and Stroke Association.
