Dong Guo Liang

DongGuo Liang passed peacefully with his daughter, and two grandchildren on April 1, 2025 at Mackenzie Health Richmond Hill Hospital. He is survived by his spouse XiuQing Zeng of 61 years; his children MeiFeng Liang, YongJin Liang, MeiCui Liang; his grandchildren Vanessa Lieu, Jie Liang, Andy Lieu, Kelvin Lieu, Lisa Wong. He is also survived by his younger sister ShaoLing Liang.

DongGuo Liang has gone to rest with his parents TianBao Liang and YuYing Chen.

He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather who was devoted to family and loved every moment he spent with them. He loved to read, compete in sports, and study aspects of life, nature, and technology. All throughout his life, he was often found learning many different subjects that piqued his interest. He was highly skilled in machinery for work, allowing him to travel to translate his expertise over China and Vietnam- having known how to speak Cantonese, Mandarin, French, and Vietnamese.

The family would like to express deep thanks to the staff at Mackenzie Health (Vaughan & Richmond Hill) for their compassionate care.

Visitation will be held at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Homes on Sunday, April 6, 2025 at 4:00pm – 8:00pm. As well as Monday, April 7, 2025 at 10:00am – 11:00am.

Funeral services will take place at Beechwood Cemetery starting 12:45pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to consider bereavement offering for the funeral and/or signing “In Memory Of” album. There is also an online website which can accept messages as well.
