Christopher Ollier

Passed away peacefully at Glynnwood retirement home in Thornhill following an extended illness. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Olga Elizabeth and their son, Michael (Paula), granddaughters Christine (Chris) (great granddaughter, Aoife), Sarah (Marko), (great grandson, Luka), and Mary (Brad); as well as grandson David (Alyssa).

Chris is pre-deceased by his parents Christopher and Frances Ollier and brother, David (Isabel) in the United Kingdom.

He is lovingly remembered as a strong and capable man who was also gentle and thoughtful with all of his family. He loved being a part of the Toronto construction community and was proud to have contributed to the amazing growth of the City throughout his very long career.

The family expresses their deep gratitude to the entire staff of Glynnwood and doctors Bakshi and Chen.

Visitation will be held at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Homes - Thornhill on Monday, April 28, 2025 at 12pm. The funeral service will following at 1pm, for those who aren't able to join in person livestream will be available. Following the funeral service there will be a reception on the second level.
