Jerry Lee Smith, 29, passed away Saturday, December 6, 2014 at High Point Regional Hospital.
Jerry was born on March 8, 1985 in Cuyahoga, Ohio to the late Ronnie Smith and Judy Lambert. He especially enjoyed fishing and spending time with his children.
Surviving are his wife, Kristen Perkins of Winston-Salem; daughter, Savannah Smith; son, Dakota Scarlett; his siblings; and several cousins and aunts.
A celebration of Jerry’s life will be held at 2:30 pm Saturday in the chapel of Thomasville Funeral Home with Chaplain Wendell Bradley officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2:30 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
