Christine Powell Holbrook

Christine Powell Holbrook, 90, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 18, 2020.

Christine was born in Fair Bluff, January 14, 1930, a daughter of the late John and Pennie Powell. She retired from Hill's Hosiery after many years of service. Christine was preceded in death by her husband, Delmar Holbrook; her son, Wayne Holbrook and a daughter, Diane Holbrook.

Surviving are three grandchildren, Crystal Dupree (Mark), Brandi Knight (Herb) and Scott Holbrook; great grandchild Makenzie Capps and a special friend, Paula Claudette Peters.

A graveside service will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Holly Hill Memorial Park. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
