Brenda Joyce Pinion Moats

Brenda was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed cooking, working with her flowers, fishing, watching humming birds and spending time with her family.

Brenda is survived by her children, James David Sherrill and wife Donna, Richard Wayne Brawley, Scotty Dean Sherrill and wife Vanessa Hibner and Tammy Lynn Brawley; brothers Ronald Pinion and wife Carol, Rodney Pinion and wife Connie, Richard Pinion and wife Jane; sister Tena Morphis Pinion; six grandchildren and one great grandchild. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Arlie Daniel Moats, daughter-in-law Laura Brawley; brothers Michael Pinion, John Pinion and Emery Lewis Pinion.

A visitation will be held at Sechrest-Davis Funerals and Cremations, 18 Randolph St., Thomasville, NC 27360 on Friday, September 29, 2023 from 6-8pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to AuthoraCare Hospice, 2500 Summit Avenue Greensboro, NC 27405.
