Rose Mary Matranga, 86, of The Woodlands, Texas, passed away June 1, 2015. She was born in Brooklyn, New York on June 30, 1928. She was married to Michael Joseph Matranga for 53 years. Rose Matranga worked in bookkeeping for West Publishing Company. She had a passion for growing plants, doing crosswords and listening to music, especially when sung by her husband Mike. She is survived by her children; Paul and wife Sandy, Michael and wife Georgeanne, and Marguerite and husband Ken; Grandchildren John, Lisa, Michael, and Mariel; Great Grandchild Story; Siblings Thomas and Phyllis. A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 6, 2015 at 10:00 am, at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home, 18000 I-45 North Frontage Rd, The Woodlands, Texas 77384.
