Katherine and Dennis III Menard

Katherine C. Menard, age 74, of The Woodlands, TX, passed away on September 21, 2021. She was born in Menominee, Michigan on August 27, 1947. Dennis was born on March 18, 1947 in Marinette Wisconsin and passed away on October 16, 2021 in The Woodlands TX. On September 7, 1968 they were happily married for 53 years.

Katherine graduated from Marinette Catholic Central High School and received a nursing degree from Mercy School of Nursing in Oshkosh, Wi. She had a career as a registered nurse for several hospitals in Wisconsin, Texas, and California. She retired from Holy Cross Hospital in Mission Hills, California.

Dennis graduated from Catholic Central High school and received his Bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison- Go Badgers! He had a successful career as an insurance broker and worked in Texas and Wisconsin before retiring from Alliant Insurance in California.

She had a passion for charity work, shopping, card games, and spending time with her friends and family.

He enjoyed photography, traveling, watching science fiction, western and action movies, and hanging out with family and friends.

They are survived by their daughter Angela (Troy) Menard Doyle, son Erik (Tammy) Menard, grandchildren; Rick, Héaven, Maya, and Alana, great-grandchildren; Dakota, Bash, and Monroe. Also, her sister, Donna Schultz and brother, Michael (Joanie) Benesh, Dennis' brother, Patrick (Tari) Menard, nieces and nephews; Sandra and Linda, Jeanna (Christie and Donavon), Jennifer and Jeremy, and Chris and Danny.

The funeral mass for Katherine C. and Dennis Menard will be held on Friday, November 12, 2021 at 11:00 am at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, located at 7801 Bay Branch Dr. , The Woodlands TX. 77382. Following the funeral mass, there will be a reception for family and friends from 1pm - 3pm at the Del Webb Lodge, 634 Del Webb Blvd., The Woodlands, TX, 77382.
