She was born in Houston, Texas on December 29,1933. Billie graduated from Pasadena High School.
She was married to Claude Kirby on April 17, 1953. Billie worked in accounting and was a dedicated housewife and mother.
She was a member of Grace Crossing Church and had a passion for the Lord, family, and friends.
She was preceded in death by husband, Claude Kirby; son, Robert Kirby; parents, Claude and Pluma Hooper; grandson, Ryan Kaase; brothers, Claude (Alice) Hooper, George (Jean) Hooper, Bobby Hooper, and Richard Hooper; sister, Norma (Red) Davis
She is survived by children, Alice Kaase and Mark (Dee) Kirby; brother, John (Sylvia) Hooper; grandchildren Steve (Gayle) Kaase, Robin (Korey Lopez) Kaase, Russel Kaase, Ana Kaase, Alyssa Kaase, Darrion (Zach) Hardoin, Dakota (Jordan) Kirby, Cheyenne Kirby, and Rex Kirby; great-grandchildren, Emmy, Jonathan, Hazel, Clark, Wyatt, Everly, Ian, Warren, and Oakley.
A visitation for Billie will be held Monday, February 12, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home & Cemetery, 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, TX 77384. A funeral service will follow from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and a graveside service immediately afterwards.
