He was born in Pascagoula, Mississippi on August 30th, 1960 to his parents Thomas, Sr. and Margie Baxter. Graham grew up in Houston, Texas, before joining the Military and serving his country in the Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller for 20 years. He moved to Texarkana, TX in 2003, after retiring from the Air Force, and worked as an Air Traffic Controller at Texarkana Regional Airport, and has been a resident here since.
Graham is survived by his Parents, Thomas Graham Baxter, Sr and Margie Baxter, his wife of 34 years, Bridget Baxter, and his sons, Brent (Payton, Wife) and Garrett (Jamie, Wife). He is survived by his Sister, Denise, and Brother, Keith, as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. He will be missed and remembered by his Family and Friends.
Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday November 9, 2024 at East Funeral Home-Moores Lane Chapel with Rev. Justin Braun officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service on Saturday.
In lieu of flowers for Graham Baxter, Jr. his family is asking for donations to be made to the American Cancer Society.
