Michael Edward Young, age 53, of Texarkana, Texas passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 in a local hospital. Michael was born January 31, 1968 in Dangerfield, TX. He was employed with the City of Texarkana, TX.
Michael was a loving, caring husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He would give you the shirt off his back if it would help you.
He could make you laugh at a moments notice and had the biggest hug. His smile would light a room up.
He leaves behind a wife, Darla Young; three kids, Jesse Henderson and Raven Young and Lacey Young; six grandchildren,
M.J., Addy, Benzy and Kyuss and MaKayla and Gracie DeLeon; mother, Lellione Jonas; several nieces, nephews, coworkers and friends.
Michael was loved by many, and will be missed by many.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Monday, August 23, 2021 at East Funeral Home - Downtown.
