Linda Sue Baird

Linda Sue Baird, 73 of Texarkana, AR passed away on Saturday May 9, 2020 in Texarkana, TX. She was born on September 22, 1946 in New Boston, TX . Linda was a para-professional over 30 plus years with the Texarkana Arkansas School district where she worked with special needs kids. She was member of Faith Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband Allen "Leo" Baird, her mother Lorene Askew and sister Melba Pollock.

Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Shannon and Don Capps of Genoa, AR; two grandchildren, Taylor and Rowdy Sells of Genoa, AR; sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and Marty Martin of Texarkana, AR; nephew and his wife Butch and Sheila Martin; great nephew Trevor Martin all of Texarkana, AR and numerous other family members.

Graveside service will be 3pm Thursday, May 14, 2020 at Rondo Memorial Gardens with Rev. Tommy Bohon officiating. Burial is under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
