This was in 2018 at our Live Nativity.  Chris was always up to help out in anyway. I have fond memories of time spent together at church and calls from the road when he first went out. Praying God's comfort and peace for family and friends.

I remember when little Christopher was a toddler he would laugh and play and give the sweetest little hugs. We were friends with his aunt Lori, but we knew his parents to be kind and sweet. Life’s events happened and we all lost touch. Many years later our family had a young adult group in our home called Prayer and Pancakes. We would worship together and pray for their generation and whatever was on their hearts. I recognized the brown eyes of a young man that was there for the first time. We all had begun enjoying each other’s company eating pancakes and joking around. He asked me, “Do I know you?” I responded, “I feel like we Do know eachother! Tell me your name!” He said, “I’m Christopher. Do you know the Potts family?” I grabbed my husband and we both said, “ We knew you when you were 1 or 2 years old! So fun to have you here in our home.” Christopher has a joy and care in his eyes that I know speaks of Christ’s love for him and for others. I’m grateful for that sweet exchange of shared prayer and fellowship however brief. It’s a kind reminder that God is with us as a Father and friend. I’m heartbroken for his family and close friends. I’m saddened for all the people who will never know him this side of heaven. I trust God’s great, deep, long, wide love pursued him and held him in the quiet of his days. Heavenly Father, be near Andi and hold her close. In Jesus name. ❤️🙏🏻

I haven't known you since 2006, but when I knew you, you were very kind. My senior band trip to washington d.c, you let me use your baritone because my horn was broken during the trip.  Your parents came along to watch as you performed, but you sacrificed your experience for me. I will always be thankful for that.

My prayers and condolences to your mom, brother and sister and niece and to all of your family. I know that everyone is hurting right now and they all have wonderful memories of you, they will cherish them forever. I pray for peace and comfort and strength for all in these days to come. Cousin, You were not alone😥. You were loved more than you ever knew. You were funny and quirky and well just you. All your smiles to hide so much saddness. Im so sorry you suffered in silence. If we only knew. I know you have finally found peace and your free from the demons that you fought daily. I know you got tired of running cousin just wished you would have fought one more day with us. Rest in love until we are all together again.

Christopher you were not alone baby. So many family and friends loved you more than you realized.  Rest at Jesus feet!
