Billie Sue Roberts

Billie Sue Roberts, 85 of Wake Village, TX. entered into the loving arms of Jesus on November 7, 2024 with her family by her side. She was born on May 28, 1939 in Fomby, AR. She was a member of Hampton Church of Christ and former member of Central Baptist Church. She was well known as a people person who loved and made friends everywhere she went. In her earlier years she loved bowling and even in her later years continued one of her favorite sports of golf. Loved traveling with the love of her life Jim. She adored her grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents Earl and Madge and a son William Scott Thomas.

She is survived by her husband Jim Roberts; one son and daughter-in-law Jeff and Terry Thomas; daughter-in-law Tammy Thomas; children Steve Roberts and Susan Dunkin (Jeff); Kaye Warnick (Ronald) plus numerous grand and great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 10:00 am Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at East Funeral Home- Moores Lane with Bro. Jerry Monholland. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Visitation will be 5 to 6:30 pm Monday, November 11, 2024 at East Funeral Home- Moores Lane.
