Robert Eugene Edwards

Robert Eugene Edwards, age 88, of Terre Haute, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022. He was born on June 24, 1934 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Jasper D. Edwards and Vivian M. (Dailey) Edwards. He was a graduate of Gerstmeyer High School. Bob was a proud Army Veteran that fought in the Korean War. He is survived by his 3 children: Tim Edwards (Cheryl), Rhonda West (Fred Mackey), Tracy Williams; 6 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Gary Edwards (Denise); two sisters, Rosalie Davenport and Carolyn McGarth; several nieces and nephews; and his friend and companion, Kathy Milburn. Bob was a lifetime member of The Eagles and the VFW 972 of Terre Haute. He is preceded in death by his parents; his 3 children: Connie Edwards, Bobby Edwards, and Carla Edwards; two grandchildren: Karl Edwards and Kevin Edwards; his two brothers, John Edwards and Carl Edwards; and his sister, Sondra Edwards. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 from 12- 2pm at Roselawn Funeral Home. Services will begin at 2pm with Military Honors. Services will conclude at the Roselawn Funeral Home.
