Mina Rose Parr

Mina Rose Parr, age 94, of Terre Haute, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. Mina was born November 14, 1927 to John and Florence (Adams) Shaw in Terre Haute, Indiana. She is survived by her loving son, Thomas E. Parr (Gerri); her grandchildren: James Wharton, John Wharton, and Amber Knott; along with her great-grandchildren, Makayla Wharton and Christopher Dwyer. Mina was an avid reader and was a dedicated crossword solver. She enjoyed taking drives through the country and going out to eat. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, William Parr;her daughter, Sharon Knott; her grandson, Michael Wharton; as well as her siblings and her favorite dog, Rocky.
