Garry Lee Taylor

Garry Lee Taylor, age 84, of Terre Haute, Indiana passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2023. He was born on December 1, 1938 in Clay County to William Taylor and Josephine “Mary” Baum Taylor. He was a 20 year U.S Army Veteran. Garry served in Vietnam. He retired with an honorable discharge as a First Sergeant. Garry later worked for Anaconda Aluminum. He was a member of VFW #972, American Legion #104, Voiture 40 & 8. Garry served his country proudly, worked hard for all he owned, took care of his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother Larry Taylor; and sister Deloris Taylor- Phillips. Surviving are wife Brenda Taylor; sister Sandra and Don Hanson; daughter Jeri Ann and Patrick Stewart; son Charles Taylor; step-son Stephen Michki; step-daughter Lisa and James Jenks; grandson Ryan Michki; sister-in-law Margie Taylor; and several nieces and nephews.
