Eugenia Alice Blackburn

Eugenia Alice Blackburn, 83, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away at her home in Satellite Beach Florida on November 6th 2024. She was born May 1, 1941 in Terre Haute, IN to Elwood and Mary Rollings. She is survived by her husband Walter Eugene Blackburn, daughter Laura Niffenegger, son Brett Fortier, Gene’s daughter Kellie Blackburn, grand daughters Madison and Taylor Niffenegger, and Kellie’s son Logan Blackburn. After many years as a nurse in Indiana and Illinois she retired to Florida with her husband Gene. While in florida Alice was active in a number of organizations and hobbies, including: P.E.O., a nonprofit organization helping women pursue educational goals by providing educational assistance; The Brevard Symphony Orchestra Guild; and a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
