Craig Alan Jones, 57, of Marshall, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at IU Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana after an automobile accident on Palm Sunday. Craig was able to save lives by being an organ donor.
Craig was born on September 28, 1967, in Indianapolis, Indiana to Michael Jones and Janet (Mann) Galloway. He was a 1986 graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School. After high school, he joined the Coast Guard and was stationed in Kodiak, Alaska. Craig was employed at North American Lighting in Paris, Illinois. He was an avid gamer.
Craig is survived by his mother, Janet and stepfather, Charles Galloway, and sister, Lisa Jenkins and her husband Lloyd.
He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Jones and grandparents.
Per Craig’s wishes, there will not be any services. He will be laid to rest at Roselawn Memorial Park, 7500 North Clinton Street, Terre Haute, Indiana 47805.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Craig’s honor to the Clark City Animal Shelter, 15303 E Anderson Rd, West Union, IL 62477.
