O B I T U A R Y ROBIN E. SIMEK Robin E. Simek, 45 of Temple died Saturday July 18, 2009 in Temple. Services for Mrs. Simek will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday July 23, 2009 at the Scanio-Harper Funeral Home in Temple with Dr. Tom Henderson and Rev. Billy Koinm officiating. Burial will follow at Bellwood Memorial Park. Robin was born October 10, 1963 in Mansfield, LA the daughter of James and Dorothy Strange Ebarb. Her father preceded her in death. Robin was a 1982 graduate of Temple High School and had been employed with Scott & White for many years before retiring in 1994. She married Gary Simek in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1994. Robin is survived by her husband Gary Simek of Fort Worth a son Gavin Harrington of Bastrop a daughter Destry Simek of Temple and step-son Corey Simek of Belton. She is also survived by her mother Dorothy Goodridge and step-father Tom Goodridge both of Temple and a step-sister Janice Stimmel of Marlin, Texas. A visitation will be held from 1-2 PM Thursday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home in Temple.
