He is preceded in death by his wife Joyce Messer, father, Jess Wallace, brother, Damon Wallace, son, Kenneth Messer, granddaughter and great-grandson.
Dennis was survived by his mother, Dixi Curry, daughter, Shonna Mote, two grandchildren and two great grandchildren, daughter, Shannon Tate, (Clint) three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, daughter, Sabrina Wallace Harris, (Ricky) seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, daughter, Brandi Ferona, (Joseph), two grandchildren, Bo Messer, two grandchildren. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters and numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
