John “Jack” Drury, 90, passed away on September 7, 2023. He was born in Yonkers, NY and graduated from Gordon High School in 1951. Jack was a Korean War Veteran with United States Air Force. He spent his career working in the Shubert's Organization and Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM). He was the Head Box Office Treasurer for The Royal Theater, during the record breaking show GREASE.
Jack is preceded in death by his parent’s James and Evelyn Drury; and his brother, James E. Drury.
He is survived by his loving wife, Linda, of 63 years; sons, James Victor Drury (Denise) and Richard Keith Drury (Jessica); grandchildren, Ryan, Jason, John and James; as well as many extended family and friends.
The family will have a private ceremony at Florida National Cemetery at a later date.
