James F. Gates, 80, Lakeland, passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018. He was born in Melrose Park, Illinois, and moved to Florida in the 70's.
He owned Beneficial Products, but his heart was in ministry. He was a prison minister, Gideon, and Sunday School teacher. He is survived by his two children, Seann and Isaac.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Celebration of Life on Friday October 26 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Blount & Curry Terrace Oaks Chapel
