Robby, was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on April 14, 1969, the loving son of Kenneth and Barbara “ O’Neal” Carter Rob was a fun loving man who never met a stranger. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. There is one thing you can say about Rob, he did it his way! Rob passed at his condo in Dillon, Colorado on May 1, 2015 surrounded by family and friends who loved him. We as parents where blessed to have him for 46 short years. When Rob was around there was never a dull moment. He was full of life and dreams. When he was a little boy he always be-friended those who had few friends. I remember one in particular was a little deaf girl who no one wanted to play with. He said she was sad because she didn't have a friend so he was going to be her friend. He had that kind of heart, always trying to make the world a better place. We as parents mourn the loss of a child but take comfort in knowing he is with God and all his loved ones who have passed before him, especially his beloved Dog, Misko, who left this earth shortly before him. Rob saw him several times, there in his condo, before he passed and knew he would be waiting for him one the other side.
He is survived by his parents Kenneth and Barbara “ O’Neal” Carter one daughter, Ema Kay Carter, a brother, Kevin Wade Carter, wife Lisa, and niece Nikki Carter, as well as many friends and family.
