FOWLER, William Michael, 25, of Tampa passed away on August 30, 2017. He is survived by his mother, Rosemary Graf; father, Dennis Fowler; brother, Christopher Fowler; grandparents, Jack Graf, Cathy Marheineke and Jennifer Williams; and many other extended family members and close friends. A 2010 graduate of Alonso High School, William has worked at the Westchase Publix location since he was 14. A Celebration of his Life will be held at 3pm on Sunday, September 24 at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, 509 E. Twiggs St, Tampa. In lieu of flowers, offer a bit of kindness and generosity to people you see every day. People you may not know, but interact with frequently. A warm smile, a handshake or hug, a gift card, or an overgenerous tip. And let them know, "William says Hello".
