William “Bill” Demeter, 64, of Tampa passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Hermina Demeter and his two sisters. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 44 years, Gail; daughters, Laura Rae Morette, husband Michael, Julianne Demeter, Fiancé Ryan Pines; granddaughters, Kennedy and Alexandra Morette and sister Irene Hartman. Bill was a member of the Mason’s and Shriners for many years. A gathering of friends and family will be held on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 from 2:00 P.M to 3:00 P.M with a memorial service beginning at 3:00 P.M. at Blount and Curry Macdill, 605 S. Macdill Ave, Tampa FL 33609. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children or a charity of your choice. In accordance with his wishes, an organ donation was performed so that others could benefit at a great time of loss for Bill’s family, keeping his tradition of charity.
