Victor was a humble Christian man, an American patriot who served his country with distinction. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. One of his favorite pastimes over the years was spoiling his dear little dogs, Snoopy, Zoey and Rocky. For those whose lives he touched, he will be missed dearly. May he rest in peace.
