Sarah Barbara Pearson, 97, of Lutz, passed away on December 9, 2015. A lifetime resident of Tampa and Lutz. She was preceded in death by her husband R.V. Pearson. She was a teacher of home economics in Hillsborough County at Franklin Junior High School, Brewster Evening Vocational and Gary Adult for Sewing Classes, specializing in clothing construction and tailoring. She graduated from Hillsborough High School and Florida Southern College where she was a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority. She is survived by her two sons, R. Vance Pearson and John F. Pearson both of Lutz, cousin’s William Haupt, Carolyn Wagner, Rudy Kratzer, John E. Kratzer, Beth Kratzer, Jeffrey Kratzer, Shiela Kratzer, Heidi Kratzer and Bonnie Kratzer and families. A graveside service will take place on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at 11:00am at Garden of Memories Cemetery, 4207 E. Lake Ave, Tampa, Florida 33610.
