Rita is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Lawrence Bauer Jr. Also, by her daughter and son in law, Patricia and Jon; her son, Robert; her brother in law and his wife, Louis and Honey; her sister in law and her husband, Diane and Tony; Grandchildren Robert Jr., Ashlei and Tyler and great grandchildren, Cade, Wyatt and Isla.
She is also survived by many loved nieces and nephews and their children as well as many wonderful friends which she shared so many memories with.
A memorial service for Rita will be help at Blount and Curry funeral home (3207 W Bearss Ave
Tampa, FL 33618) on Oct. 13th. A visitation will be held at 11am with a service to follow at Noon.
A celebration of her life will also take place around 2pm at Bayscape at Heritage Isles Golf & Country Club (10630 Plantation Bay Drive, Tampa, FL 33647 ). Food will be served.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Melech Hospice House or Sunrise Assisted Living, both in Tampa.
