Leah is survived by her mother, Rebecca West; father, William Joseph West of Richmond Hill, GA; birth mother, Jacquelyn Deloach of Ellabell, GA; birth father, James David West of St. Petersburg, FL; uncles Joseph West (Kathy) of Valrico, FL, and Alan West (Debbi) of Gainesville, FL.
Leah is predeceased by her sister, Stephanie Gaines.
Visitation will be held on Saturday June 19, 2021 from 10am to 12pm at Blount & Curry Funeral Home Carrollwood.
A Celebration of Life will be held on July 11, 2021 at 3pm at New Beginnings Community Church (75 Crosswind Dr. Richmond Hill, GA 31324).
In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to your local animal shelter, or to those in need.
