I did a real estate deal with Julie and immediately connected with her for her commitment of coming back to us promptly 100% of the time with exactly what my buyers needed. I got to respect her for her work ethic, her willingness to do well and I got to connect with her as we had lots of common points. After the transaction, we always remained in contact and checked on each other. I truly sobbed when she texted she had breast cancer, I called my mom but couldn't even talk. I just had gotten out of a similar scare and it revived all the feelings to know she was going through to that. She never wanted to speak about her, she always pulled the conversation towards caring about me, what I was up to in life, giving me advice. As I wasn't hearing back from her this time, I just check online today and I'm devastated to read she has left us. She was an amazingly strong and beautiful lady and I will honor her spirit as I go through my own journey. Sending much love to our angel and my deepest condolences to Julie's family.

I was lucky enough to spend the last couple of years seeing Julie once a week at the salon I worked at. I will CHERISH the many laughs and countless stories we shared together. I'm deeply saddened that I will no longer get do makeup on those beautiful eyes and see that fun smile. Rest easy my beautiful friend. I will miss you and always remember the times we shared. My condolences to her family and friends.

Saying goodbye to you this early in life was never supposed to happen. I will cherish years and years of memories we shared as the closest of friends. I can remember coming over to your house on a Friday night. I'd be ready and pacing the floor while you made sure your hair, makeup, outfit...and ESP the shoes were perfect! I always admired the strong, smart, driven, loyal and beautiful woman you were. Even during your final months, you wanted to talk about me and my life...not the scary battle you were fighting. Rest easy my friend. Your memory will live on in those of us that had the pleasure of knowing you.

I had the pleasure to work with her on a transaction early this year. I remember the day she told me she was battling Stage 4 breast cancer and to forgive her if her memory on certain items wasn't always clear. It deeply impacted me because I would never had a clue. She was always professional, nice, kind and caring. The last text she sent me was. "All I care is that the buyers are happy." We only  knew each other for a short time but I could see instantly she had a very bright aura and a kind Soul. She was definitely a person who could light up a room. I'm sure she is doing the same in Heaven.

Have great memories of meeting Jules over the recent years and instantly loving her positive energy.   A sweet person.   Beautiful too.    Very saddened by the news of her passing but feel lucky to have been fortunate to meet her along life's journey.   Rest In Peace and my sincerest condolences to all of your family and friends.

We will miss you so much Jules.  You were an amazing friend.  So beautiful inside and out. I will never forget the wonderful times we've shared, and the memories we've made.  Rest in peace my friend.

Julie was a wonderful person. Losing someone so quickly makes us realize how short life is...this is her gift to all who knew her!

I will miss you so much old friend.  You always spread so much happiness to those around you and you were such a loyal friend.  We had so many fun times together and that's what I will remember always.
