John C. Landolfi, age 68, of Tampa, Florida passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2024 after an extended battle with Lewy Body Dementia. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Maria (Cuqui) son Michael, daughter Christina, her husband Bryan and granddaughters Ramona and Veronica.
John was born March 15, 1955 in Guanabacoa, Cuba. John grew up in Miami, Florida graduating from Miami Springs High School in 1973 and earning a degree in Accounting from Florida International University. Shortly after graduating he became a licensed CPA. In 1982 he married Maria and later moved to Tampa, Florida. He opened his own business and was a respected CPA for over 30 years.
In addition to his family and business, John was an avid supporter of local sports teams. He enjoyed his season tickets to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tampa Bay Rays. He also was a fan of the Tampa Bay Lightning.
John was a lifelong man of faith and practicing Catholic. To those who knew him, he will be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. His compassion, kindness, and sweetness created cherished memories for his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be on Friday February 9, 2024 from 9 to 10 A.M. at Blount and Curry Funeral Home, 605 S MacDill Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33609. The Rite of Committal and burial will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 5233 118th Ave N, Clearwater, Florida 33760 .
