Harold George Nelson Jr.

Harold George Nelson Jr was born in Pueblo Nuevo, Panama to Harold and Margaret Nelson on March 26th 1947. He went to school at Diesel el munoz school. Harold married Carolynne Nelson on April 10th 1971 in Bronx, New York. He worked as a mechanic for the Nassau County Police Department for 22 years. Harold was a veteran of Vietnam War and served in the Army and was awarded Bronze Star, Army Good Conduct, Vietnam Service, and the Vietnam Campaign award. He was involved in Disabled American Veterans, and the Free Masons. Before relocating to America, he was also one of the youngest police officers in Pueblo Nuevo,Panama.

Harold Nelson Jr. is preceded in death by his parents Harold and Margaret Nelson, His grandson Antonio Nelson, his sister Catalina Edwards, his niece Ezperanza Innis.

Harold Nelson Jr. is survived by his wife Carolynne Nelson, his three children Harold Nelson , Jason Nelson, and Kamisha Nelson. His grandchildren Natiera Lickfeldt, Cache Nelson, Noelle Nelson. He is also survived by his sisters Paulina Nelson, Yvonne Nelson, Violeta Nelson.

Funeral services will be held December 23rd 2021 at Blount & Curry Funeral Home with Pastor Frederick Gray officiating. Burial will follow at Florida National Cemetery. Arrangements are by Blount &Curry Funeral Home.
